"Prussian Blue Nanomaterials and Nanocomposites: Synthesis, Radionuclide Decontamination and Decorporation Applications"
Abstrakt:
This lecture will introduce modern Prussian Blue-based nanomaterials and their role in removing radionuclides from the environment and the human body. Participants will learn about different forms of Prussian Blue, the principles of its synthesis, and how its structure influences properties and effectiveness. The session will also cover applications of these materials in protection against chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) threats. The lecture will highlight why Prussian Blue nanomaterials are considered a promising tool for decontamination and health protection.
