The work of the ICRP Task Group on Environmental Protection: The Concept and Use of Reference Animals and Plants is nearing completion. The final draft report provides the practical basis for consideration of non-human species in radiological protection.  The ICRP has asked for comments and suggestions on this draft document. 

The report can be downloaded from the ICRP Web Site www.icrp.org.
Comments should be provided on the ICRP Web Site comment page.
